Understanding Turkey meat Prices
Turkey meat reacts quickly to feed costs โ maize and soymeal are the bulk of the input โ and to demand around festivals and weddings, or, the other way, to disease scares. Poultry moves day to day more than grain because live birds and eggs cannot be stored for long, so a turkey meat rate can shift within the week.
