“Per contact” is simply the plan price divided by its credits — the most you'd pay to reveal one buyer's phone and WhatsApp. Bigger plans carry more credits, so the cost per contact goes down. You never pay per deal and never pay us a commission — a credit only reveals a contact.

How payment works

2On your wallet page, pay the amount by UPI (one tap) and confirm on WhatsApp.
3We confirm the payment and credit your wallet, usually within a few hours. Then start unlocking buyers.

Payment is by UPI directly to Animalsss and confirmed on WhatsApp — there is no card checkout. Animalsss never takes a cut of your sale; a plan only pays for access to buyer contacts. Credits are valid for the plan's days; unlocked buyers stay with you even after.

Questions

Do you take a commission on my sale?

No. Animalsss is a free marketplace and never takes a cut of any deal. A dealer plan only pays for access to buyer contacts on the board — what you sell and for how much is entirely between you and the buyer.

What exactly does one credit unlock?

One credit reveals one buyer's phone number and WhatsApp for a requirement they posted. You can then call or message them directly. Re-viewing a buyer you already unlocked is always free.

How long do credits last?

Credits are valid for your plan's validity period (shown on each plan). Taking a new plan tops up your credits and extends your validity.

What happens to my credits when the plan expires?

Credits can be spent while your plan is active. If your plan ends with credits left, they're paused rather than used up — take a new plan and they come back, with the new plan's credits added on top. So nothing you paid for is thrown away.

What if a buyer doesn't answer or the number isn't useful?

It happens on any marketplace. That's exactly why each plan is priced with extra credits built in — one quiet lead shouldn't sting. Read the quantity, budget, city and note before you unlock, spend on the ones that fit, and reach out quickly. Posts we find to be spam are pulled off the board. A spent credit can't be returned, but re-opening a buyer you already unlocked is always free.

Where do I see the buyers I've unlocked?

In My Wallet. Every buyer you unlock is saved there with their phone and WhatsApp — on any device you log in from, for as long as you like, at no extra credit. Your wallet also shows your credit balance, your plan's validity and your order history.

Why isn't there a card / online checkout?

Payment gateways in India don't onboard livestock/animal marketplaces, so we keep it simple and direct: UPI payment plus a WhatsApp confirmation. It's fast, and your money goes straight to us with no third party.

Can every seller unlock the same buyer?

No — only 5 sellers can unlock each buyer. This keeps every lead worth paying for and means a buyer isn't buried under calls from everyone.
